Concerning Joomfish, it's fully normal that you loose the language selector in the item view ;)
How would you like to switch language as there's no link beetween items and no reference language?

Emmanuel are you taling front end or backend?
Surely in frontend item view switching language ought to be possible?

cheers

Emmanuel, I'm very disappointed when I finally found that the joomfish selector is lost in the item view. Flexicontent is much more flexible than K2. But at this point, I have to switch back my current project to K2.

Hope Flexicontent can do this in near future.
