i disabled modules on that page and still no luck. If this was JS issue I don't think the lightbox will load at all. It seems to be loading the wrong thing inside of the lightbox. Instead of loading the flexicontent file manager, it just loads a flexicontent category with items in it.
put this in bugtracker with more explain (manu work on new version and patch for bug)
