It seems there is a solution, from Rocket-Theme I got the tip to turn the 'error-reporting' to maximum and there was the the report that I got an error on the 'splice-menu', than I changed it to 'Fusion-menu' and it functioned (micker was right).
I hope there will be any solution for the splice-menu.

I think Rocket-Themes are very stable and simple to use, the design is great, so I like to use them.
