Image Field - Existing file: : empty...

Image Field - Existing file: : empty... was created by devil
Hi,
i added 4 IMG Fields and upload 3 PNG Files.
Now i would use one of the three files for the 4th Field but there is noch File to select.
After Apply/Save and edit the Item again i can´t select Remove under the Img. Only Delete is available...

Is it a Bug?
