Reorder of the user fields in the document type

Good evening.I have made a new type with custom fields.I made my template for the frontend and everything is ok.When i add a new custom field i put it where i want in the template and everything is fine.I want to ask if something is possible.I cannot order the user fields in the administartion or the edit page.Every field i add is going down.I send you a screenshot where i explain how i want to order my fields.I want to put the number 1 field to the number 2 position.How can i make it?Thanks

- for custom fields,
1. go to fields manager
2. filter by a specific (content) type
3. order the custom fields


- about CORE fields
like title you can with some effort order them together with custom fields, in frontend item form
(to do this go to type manager and find the item form FE (frontend) TAB, read tooltip of every parameter)
