Hi Community,

i would like to move portions of the flexicontent content to the sidebar. I made a screenshot to show you what i mean:
[attachment=0:1ezw283o]<!-- ia0 -->kloster01.PNG<!-- ia0 -->[/attachment:1ezw283o]
the right box with the headline "Ansprechpartner" is not Flexicontent, it's a simple custom content module.

can you tell me if that is possible and give me a hint how to do it?
thanks in advance for your kind help.

best regards
omtr

Hello

1. create a new universal content module
2. find the filtering scopes and only enable (include) "current item"
3. disable all fields , title, text (description), dates etc
and only show the image field, (configure it appropriately)

Hi GG,

thanks for your reply :)
I'm not shure if you got me right. I try to explain:

1. i used the grey module on the right as contact information, it is used across several pages that all have the same kind of content.

2. the thumbnails are part of the flexicontent page and they should keep it because each page uses its individual images and thumbnails.

3. you suggested creating a new module and move the images into that module, right? that would tear them apart from the flexicontent pages which is not my intention.

4. maybe the best way is to turn things around: throw away the grey module and make it part of the flexicontent page. the main reason why we used a module was the vast possibilites to create rich content. but i think this could be also done with flexicontent fields.
what do you think?

thanks again for your help, you are doing a great job!

Hello

the purpose is to move images to the side

using module (as described) will achieve this, and this is a common use of the module

thanks GG, you are da man :)
i did not realize that the universal content module is _that_ mighty. right now i am playing with it, i have issues displaying more than one image and use it as a slideshow, but i think i will find the right template for it.

thanks again for solving my problem!

Hello

if your site is new, for easier and more powerful configuration of module and other configuration:

please use,

github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexico ... k/releases

after installing , press CTRL-F5 in configuration screen or similar,
so that browser will download have latest CSS/JS
