flexicontent.css is not related to FLEXIcontent templates , it is meant to effect all FLEXIcontent frontend views !

e.g. if you have a FLEXIcontent template "TEST" and you do this:

joomla_folder/template/TEST/css/flexicontent.css

then you have place flexicontent.css in wrong folder !

the correct is without "TEST", instead of it you USE the joomla active template, go to Joomla templates manager (not FC templates) and check your default template for frontend (=site) e.g. that is call 'myjoomlatemplate22'

joomla_folder/templates/myjoomlatemplate22/css/flexicontent.css
