How to change output of the field relative? so that the output is not only the title of the article but also other fields, such as Date, image.

i can guess by the word "relative" field
that you speak of the "relation" field

There is a (new) parameter in relation field's configuration (since v2.0.1+) to output anything you want, check out the popup description it is very informative .

The field can output custom HTML that include any field(s) of "associated" items.

at the bottom of description of the parameter it says how:

the text to add for item properties (properties available in #__content table and maybe a few others):

{{item->catid}}

It is strange but I have to work with the quotes as it should.
