Yes you can use css to customize it

If you examine HTML with "view source" or some DOM browser plugin e.g. firebug, then you will see that the element has 2 classes 'value' and 'field_title'

you can use CSS rule:

#flexicontent .value.field_title { ... }

OR

#flexicontent .field_title { ... }

This is a parameter
-- in Global configuration (Content List/Item Lists Creation),
-- and in Category configuration

If you want the title to be always linked,
-- then set it in Global Configuration, and make sure your categories are set for link title to "Use Global"

But in my case de title is a field (Flexicontent default title).

Your instructions are if I use "Title (in lists)"
