Hi,
how can I disable the infoblock in the templates?

I have some menuitems in the website with regular joomla article menutype.
After I installed flexicontent now there is added a infoblock with not needed informations like
- created
- last modified
- voting
- category

It is not needed and it destroyed some overrides who I did in the com_content>article default.php

Best regrads

A short answer:

-- Go to Template manager and edit the item layout of 'default' template, simply drag and drop fields from right to left to remove them

A longer answer:

The override of com_content are no longer used.
What is happening is this:
-- Your articles (we will call them FC items) are now displayed via com_flexicontent and not via com_content

To control what is displayed you do in 2 places

1. Go to "Types" (backend) and edit FLEXIcontent Content -Type- of your items (articles) on initial installation it is 'article', there you can see the template that you are using it must be 'default' by default,

- (if it is 'blog' (item layout) then you can disable some fields in parameters there too)

2. Then go to Template manager and edit the item layout of 'default' template, drag and drop fields from right to left to remove them[/b]
