Linking items to Joomla Templates

Linking items to Joomla Templates was created by Gaestehaus

Hello,

before installing Flexicontent, I could link an item to different templates in Joomla template sections.

After installing Flexicontent I can link only to templates inside Flexitcontent.

How can I change an item's template - using another template in the Joomla template section?

The flexicontent templates seem to be a different thing to Joomla templates.

I should think twice before posting ...

You have to change the template in the "menu editing" section in Joomla, not in Flexicontent.

Yes FLEXIcontent template only shape the component area and not your whole site
