What would need modifying to make plugin work in flexi ?

Hi all,

I am trying to get the google weather plugin to work in flexi and am struggling.

I have created a field called weather and triggered the google weather plugin. I have created the prefix text '{Weather ' with the suffix text '}' and entered the city into the field.

I get in the article '{Weather City}' but no google weather as I do get in the usual Joomla content.

Do I have to modify this plugin and how ?

prefix
{Weather
suffix }
and the value is your city
don't forget to activated plugin for your field

I didn't make myself clear this morning apologies. I believe that I have the plugin set up correctly within flexicontent.


I get in the article the text Weather {Weather Coventry} which I should have also mentioned is working in the standard Joomla articles.

Is there some code changes in the plugin required ?

No thats the problem, I get the text {Weather Coventry} no weather module though.

I wanted to check that I had understood how to use a standard plugin ok.

I was wondering if anyone could advise what would need changing in the plugin to get it to work.
