International Phone Numbers not loading in backoffice

When I am trying to Add new International Phone Numbers field it is not loading in the backoffice.
Joomla 3.4.8
Flexicontent 3.0.10-RC2e

I also had the same problem with older versions.

there is a PHP notice or warning or fatal error,
that is breaking servers' AJAX response
- it can be some 3rd party system plugin that you have or this can be produced by FLEXIcontent code itself


IF you know how to check AJAX response, then please do, and copy it here,

otherwise here is how to do it:
1. Click new in field manager
2. After form loads, click CTRL-SHIFT-K in firefox , to open the browser tools then
3. In the tools click "Network" TAB
4. in "field type" drop down select "phone numbers"
- thus an AJAX call is made
you will get 2 new rows , click on the
.../administrator/index.php?option=com_flexicontent&task=fields.getfieldspecificproperties&cid=&field_type=textarea&format=raw

and copy text an editor
and search for these words: notice, warning, error

Response code and response headers from phonenumbers and textarea.
