When i add the element send Mail in Toolbar field and user clicks on it online, opens a new window with a link structure like: www.ostwestfalen-lippe.de/component/com_...e2e5/tmpl,component/
But i get a 404 page for it.

Is a special component needed, or why it doesn't work as expected.

best regards,
Thomas

sorry i don't understand .. not FLEXIcontent relevant ...

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

i tested with non SEF and it opens correctly
www.ostwestfalen-lippe.de/index.php?opti...9e2e5&tmpl=component

so there is an issue with the SEF url creation or with the SEF url parsing

Ok, seems that it then was a problem with the actual version of sh404SEF?

Hello

yes you can deactivate for mailto component,

- in fact the URL for mailto does not need to be SEF, (even better would be if it was excluded from search engine indexing)
so since it does not need , it is trivial to change it to non-SEF in next version
