Configuring usage of cascade in fields

Hello,
I’m using Flexicontent beta 3.7 and Joomla 3.41. I’m trying to cascade States by their Countries, so far I have done the following:
I have created the fieldgroup field “Contact” Assigned to the Type I have named “Cars for Sale”.
I have added the fields “Country” and “US States” to this group and made this group to allow for Multi-values.
I have created the Select field “Country” with the following elements:
United States:: United States%%
United Kingdom:: United Kingdom%%
Australia:: Australia%%
Austria:: Austria%%
Belgium:: Belgium%%
Canada::Canada%%
France:: France%%
Germany:: Germany%%
Ireland:: Ireland%%
Italy:: Italy%%
Netherlands:: Netherlands%%
New Zealand:: New Zealand%%
Spain:: Spain%%
Switzerland:: Switzerland%%
I have configured this field as follows:
Use SQL query = No
Cascade after master = No
I then created the Select field “US States” with the following elements:
Alabama:: Alabama::United States%%
United States:: Alaska::United States%%
Etc.
Which I have configured as follows:
Use SQL query = No
Cascade after master = Country
I have tried this using various different variations including adding “valgrp” in the element but all I get in the “US States” field is =“No Data Found”
I have viewed the video many time and also searched the FAQ’s and Forum but have been unable to find how to configure this could you please show me an example of the configuration?

Format as said in description includes image (filename)
So you cannot skip image, this is implied in 1 description, and clearly said in another

Try changing this:
to be:

NOTE: you can change between field types:

radio, radioimage, select, selectmultiple, checkbox, checkboximage

without loss of configuration or loss of data
