Button with thumb up or down

Hello,

I would like to have some kind of button in my article on which one a user can "vote" agree or not agree. A counting of the number of votes should appear.

We can see that sometimes on websites with a thumb up or down.

I didn't find any extensions or way to do it with flexicontent.
Do you know how?

field vote is already in default type
=> just drag and drop in template position
and you can use it for multi vote !!

the voting field permits to rate with stars.

I would like to have just 2 possibilities: I like/I dislike or Agree/Disagree or whatever the name is but 2 options.
For the two options I also would like to have the number of vote.
