-- in r1807 added language support to filemanager / fileselement (used in item form)

-- in r1812/r1812 added language support to file field
Enhancements to file field:
new info DISPLAYED:
(a) added display of language,
(b) added display of hits,

LAYOUT IMPROVEMENTS:
(c) more intuitive and cleaner positioning,
(d) added CSS classes per displayed information element or action button/link (some of these did not have)
(e) added separation characters for both information elements and for action button/links,
(f) detect mobile client (these cannot use mouse over) and display information inline instead of using popups

CONFIGURATION:
(g) regrouped display parameters to allow more intuitive configuration of frontend display

ITEM FORM:
(h) added limitation for maximum number of values

PS: note new version logs (in a compact and very fast way downloads to a new DB Table), in future the filemanager or (if needed) in other places too your will be able to see this history
