Linkslist Field Separator

I am trying to use Linkslist to show in the item what other models this item is related to. I have inserted Car1::Car2::Car3

If I check Car1 and Car2 in the item, on the front end they are stack:

Car1
Car2

Is there any way to have them on the same line

Car1|Car2

Is there something else I should be entering into the field?

Thanks

You can do it via css, since the links are displayed using an ordered or unordered HTML List.

-- Set field to use unordered list
-- Enter in the parameter "List class" of your field a class name e.g "lnkdata"

and then try this CSS, it should work:
Code:
div#flexicontent ul.lnkdata li { display:block !important; float: left !important; border-right: 1px solid black !important; margin: 0px !important; padding: 0px 3px 0px 3px !important; } div#flexicontent ul.lnkdata li:last-child { border-right: 0px solid black !important; }
Regards

Thanks ggppdk

Tried this, but not change. I put the code into the item.css file and input name into List class, no change.

One thing I noticed is alot of the other fields have the field separator built in already, anyway to add this to the linkslist field?

Thanks

mmm, as micker said, post a link to see it,

about adding support for separator characters instead of ordered / unordered HTML lists, i have opened a new enhancement issues, and will do on a next version (v1.5.7+/v2.1+)
