How can I get the geocode for the FLEXImaps pluginfield?

My problem is not how to integrate FLEXImaps, which I use as a FLEXI field. But I can't find information about how to create the geocode address.

The fleximap creator didn't respond. My problem is what to enter in the Address fields. I don't want to use markers but show countries. Maybe I'm not going to use a map plugin, but enter the Google maps embed code in a text-field.
