Special characters in title in backend management views

Special characters in title in backend management views was created by bytekulturmaya

Hello
After Updating to 3.3.1.1 all the special characters in the titles (like &) are shown as HTML.
Is this a bug - or do I have something wrong?
For any tipp I'm very thankful

i do not get this effect

is it flexicontent item view ?
maybe it some non-Flexicontent view ?
