Cant list Categories in Backend

Cant list Categories in Backend was created by mask2

After upgrade FC to 3.2.1.2 and Joomla to 3.7.5 listing Categories in BE dont list any cotegories. Categories exist and is working in the front end when sorting and listing, also item list in BE can be filtered on Category.
Tried PHP 5 and 7.0, now running 7.1 - Same result

Joomla Server Debugging maximum gives the following report in BE-Categories view:

Cant his be a bug in the BE view or something that went wrong in the upgrade of FC or Joomla?
