I updated my website to Joomla 3.6.5 and it seems that all is OK in front.
Bet I can't any more access to the admin of FlexiContent.

I got this error

1267 - Illegal mix of collations (utf8_unicode_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation '=' SQL=SELECT COUNT(*)...

It seems also that is a well known error,
And i understood that I must update fleicontennt too.

But I would not lost my content witch is important.

How Can I do that.
If I install directly flexiContent as a new component, will I lost my content or not ?

Thank you for your answer
this problem seems known but I found really the answer

Hello

you need FLEXIcontent v3.1.1 (or later) with Joomla 3.6.5

Do you have FLEXIcontent v3.1.1 ?

Note to upgrade an existing site that already has FLEXIcontent,
you only need to upload new FLEXIcontent package via Joomla installer

Thank you for your answer.

I do'nt know the version of my FLEXIcontent, because I have no access to it.
But that I understand is that I have no risk to lose my content.

So I continue to try update my site.
I updated Flexicontent with this release : "flexicontent-cck-3.1.1" (Joomla 3.6.5)

And when I finished installation, I got a new error :
Code:
Créer les indexs de DB (in french) Create DB index ?

Code:
Multiple primary key defined SQL=ALTER TABLE `#__flexicontent_fields_item_relations` ADD INDEX value_integer(`value_integer`), ADD INDEX value_decimal(`value_decimal`), ADD INDEX value_datetime(`value_datetime`), ADD PRIMARY KEY(`field_id`, `item_id`, `valueorder`, `suborder`)

So I tried directly with PHP MyAdmin
Code:
ALTER TABLE `jnea_flexicontent_fields_item_relations` ADD INDEX value_integer(`value_integer`), ADD INDEX value_decimal(`value_decimal`), ADD INDEX value_datetime(`value_datetime`), ADD PRIMARY KEY(`field_id`, `item_id`, `valueorder`, `suborder`) MySQL answer Documentation #1072 - Key column 'value_integer' doesn't exist in table

Should I create column in this Table before ?

It works soon better .

Thank you for your answer

So I tried to do SQL Request with phpMyAdmin
I added the Columns value_integer On jnea_flexicontent_files

ALTER TABLE `jnea_flexicontent_fields_item_relations` ADD INDEX value_integer(`value_integer`), ADD INDEX value_decimal(`value_decimal`), ADD INDEX value_datetime(`value_datetime`), ADD PRIMARY KEY(`field_id`, `item_id`, `valueorder`, `suborder`)

So now,I have this Error :
Multiple primary key defined SQL=ALTER TABLE `#__flexicontent_fields_item_relations` ADD INDEX value_integer(`value_integer`), ADD INDEX value_decimal(`value_decimal`), ADD INDEX value_datetime(`value_datetime`), ADD PRIMARY KEY(`field_id`, `item_id`, `valueorder`, `suborder`)

I tried to Re-install FlexiContent But ther is nothing different !

Please What should I do....

Hello

you do not need backend access to FLEXIcontent to upgrade FLEXIcontent to v3.1.1

Just download FLEXIcontent v3.1.1 from here:
www.flexicontent.org/downloads/latest-version.html

Then go to Joomla extension manager and upload it
(NOTE: your maximum file upload should be at least 8 MBytes)
