Hello
I have successfully installed the FC V3.0. 8 on a site (Joomla 3.4.4)
On another one it's impossible to install I get the following message :

Error
There was an error uploading this file to the server.
Maximum PHP file upload size is too small: This is set in php.ini in both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size settings of your PHP settings (located in php.ini and/or .htaccess file).

Unable to find install package

Do I need to change a php parameter in my site configuration and in this case what is the parameter ?

thank you for help

best regards
Michel

I have changed the .htaccess file at the root and added :
Code:
php_value upload_max_filesize 20M php_value post_max_size 20M

the french error message doesn't give the error origin.
the sentence

This is set in php.ini in both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size settings of your PHP settings (located in php.ini and/or .htaccess file).

is not set in the french version.

best regards

Michel

Hello

current file size is 6.1 MBs
- you can set to 8 MBs

The large site comes from 3rd party libraries
- we can reduce by moving some 3rd party JS libraries to separate installation package,
e.g. the STATISTICs library is too large

Thank you

I think it's not necessary to do 2 packages.

Once the htaccess file has been updated I was allowed to install the new version.

But I think the french speaking warning is to be more detailed (as the english one is) It needs to give the the 2 parameters which are to be modified in the ini.php or hatccess.

best regards
MIchel
