Hi,

I downloaded the latest version from the download section and it says flexicontent-cck-2.2.1_rc which is a release candidate version.

However, after installation, when I check the version in flexicontent admin, it says:

Update check
An older version of FLEXIcontent is installed
Latest version: 2.2.1
Installed Version: 2.2.1 rc
Release date: 2014-12-17

Where should we download the latest stable version? Or is this an error in file version?

for new site you can use 3.0 beta5

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

best is v3.0.0 BETA6b

- but you might have to reconfigure some new parameter but only in component settings
