Installation Error - Timeout?

I get the following error message when I try to install either beta 4 or 5 on a fresh install of Joomla 1.5.15 -

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I really want to try FLEXIcontent! It looks awesome.

When I try to install from directory, I get...

-1 - An error has occurred.

It was not possible to copy the selected file.

Nothing but errors for me!
