How to use FLEXIcontent?

Is there a user guide? The FAQ doesn't hardly cover anything. The intro video makes it seem like you just install FLEXIcontent and import the Joomla content and all is done. Is there a install walk through anywhere? It's not just install and import. Once you import you get error about things needing to be bind together, and I don't really know what that is. Then the message that you get before you import Joomla content say to delete or unpublish the Joomla content. I did that and some things disappear from FLEXI. Then there is the error about not making a FLEXI menu item yet. It would be nice to have a step by step guide to get you through moving all of the Joomla content and making FLEXI the main. Is there anything out there?
