Hi,
After I installed FLEXIcontent I went to Components/FLEXIcontent and displayed the dashboard (show here);
My problem is;
1) I don't know what is causing the "JFolder::files: Path is not a folder " error. I suspect some folder is not permissioned correctly.
2) Why the update button on "Publish all plugins" is not working. However I am open to instructions on how to do this manually.
3) Why the update button on "Install default type (article)" is not working. However I am open to instructions on how to do this manually.
4) Why the update button on "Install default fields" is not working. However I am open to instructions on how to do this manually.
5) Why the update button on "Set phpThumb cache permissions" is not working. However I am open to instructions on how to do this manually.
I turned on the Firefox error console when I displayed the dashboard via Components/FLEXIcontent and the following errors appeared;
Warning: Unknown property 'zoom'. Declaration dropped.

... ackend.css
Line: 134

I also found the update button does not work in IE7 or Google Chrome for me.
Is it possible this is a flash version compatibility issue?
I run an older version of flash because of an issue with the Joomla flash loader not being compatible with the latest version of Adobe Flash.
Michael
I had another site I'm building which had only just had Joomla installed (no components, modules, plugins etc had been installed yet), and I installed FLEXIcontent on to it.
All the update buttons worked, so it was something I installed before FLEXIcontent that is causing an issue. I do not know what caused the conflict, but I had installed the following on the previous site;
- plugin - Legacy mode.
- component - JCE editor
- module - 4RSS
- module - foobla shortcuts
- component - Advance Tools
- module - Text Link Ads
- component - Community Builder
- module - Community Builder logon
- module - Community Builder Online
- module - Community Builder Moderator
- module - Community Builder User List
- plugin - Community Builder Twitter Tab
- plugin - Community Builder Multifeed
- plugin - Community Builder Profile Book
- component - Community Builder Contact
- module - Community Builder Profile Completeness
- plugin - DAvatar
- plugin - Community Builder Search
- plugin - Community Builder Zoom Gallery
- plugin - Community Builder Multi Author
- plugin - Community Builder What are you doing now
- plugin - CEDIT (article footer)
- component - Front Page Plus
- plugin - Page View
- module - Display Most Read
- module - Page Title Extended
- plugin - Blog Ping
- component - My Content
- plugin - Bad Behaviour
- plugin - Project Honey Pot
- plugin - reCaptcha
- module - Extended Menu
I'm sure one of these caused the conflict. I guess installing FLEXIcontent before anything else, allows me to implement all the Post Install tasks.
Solved, I uninstalled Foobla (admin) shortcuts. And the update button function now works (it also fixed my JCE Layout editor issue which now works too)
Regards
Michael Gruber
