No active state with articles menulink

When I use FLEXIcontent > Single item, the active link doesn't get an active and/or current class. When I use FLEXIcontent > category I do get both active and current classes. How can I fix this?

It works great with the mod_mainmenu.

Do you use a specific menu module?
Do you have an url to see the problem?

It seem to work okay now, don't know why. This is the first time I create a site with FLEXIcontent. And I guess I had been messing around to much with categories and items, both Joomla and Flexi.
After working with Joomla for many years Flexi makes me feel like a newbie again .
