Error Installing Component (Updating)

Hello, 

We are trying to update Flexicontent to at the very least 4.X so that we can upgrade joomla from J3 to J4. 
We keep getting "Error Installing Component" with no other details. Other components installed/updated just fine. It is just Flexicontent. 
We can't share any logs or access to our site as it is against our company policy. 
I can share that permissions to all folders/files on the System Information page all are writeable and the version of flexicontent we are on is FLEXIcontent 3.3.11
or joomla version is Joomla! 3.10.9 Stable. We have tried 4.2+ and 3.3.11 zip and .tar.gz files. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there, 

What kind of Additional information would you want exactly?
That's kind of the base of the problem is that the error we see in Joomla is not helpful at all. 
Can you point us in a direction to get logs or something like that?

i didn't have any return
i think its a a server limitation you need to check your apache log i think

Unfortunately, the httpd logs are not helpful.
This is on a linux machine.
