Backend button not rendered properly

Hello, Bonjour, 
I have made a major update from Joomla 3.10 to Joomla 5. I have now solved couple of issues, which were related to PHP language (old Joomla), everything looks functional apart from Flexicontent. 

here are the 2 issues I have found: 
1) Titles and button titles are not rendered properly (see attached pictures)
2) When clicking on Unpublish an article, there is and Error status 0  . (no error text, see pictures). The only way to unpublish the article is to enter the article/unpublish it/ save and close 


Does anyone know how to fix this?
