i don't known why ... but the solution is
1 reate an item
2 past your form
3 change your link
work like a charm
i have some site with convert form and flexi and i didn't have error ... maybe an other plugin ...

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Ok, we'll set up this site like that.

We've got other sites with Flexi and CF together too and have never had issues. I thought maybe I set something wrong somewhere.
