bir_contacts is type "contacts" and category "Contacts"

settings for both:
Create/update items
State: use state column
Created and Modified use column
The rest stays default

just to be sure nothing was change on you server ? with a security shield ?

Nothing known just the Joomla update. I am also asking to our hosting service.

Just had information from hosting provider, nothing changed on the server side during that time.

So the only thing is Joomla. I can try a roll back to previous version

hello i do some test and when i debug more i see a problem on your database with a duplicate entry that bloc import
i think you need to check your database
