FC content module link item with wrong item template

 
Hi FC team
I have a trouble. 
gss.ntu1981.org/userstories/
this is a demo site.
this page create multiple article section with FC content module.
these articles assigned main category to EISXX, but also assigned sub categories to userstory.
these articles  use EIS item template by default, but with success-story item template when the item is link from user story category.

I had been set this to NO, use selected category 
 
you can see those article link from userstory category with correct item template.
gss.ntu1981.org/userstory/
but in this page's module the same article use EIS item template as default.
gss.ntu1981.org/userstories/
I can see the different between the two case. the URL always add "216-eis-100" category alias.

Any on can help me to solve this problem in my site.

Maybe you need to use force item id and set same item id in module ?

Yes I find the menu item id and use it in module.
but the result also show the EIS alias in URL the same article 
Force menu id in module will show this URL
www.gss.com.tw/userstory/government-educ...0a/2766-eis100-9-gss
I want it to show this URL
www.gss.com.tw/userstory/government-education/2766-eis100-9-gss
