SH404SEF Category pagination seems to not working with v3.3.7 ?

Hi everybody,

The pagination seems to not working as in the past between SH404SEF and the category pagination;
When SH404SEF is disabled, the pagination works, but with SH404 unabled, the pagination does not work anymore.

403 - forbidden
in both frontend and backend

The site was htaccess protected with ip filtering. It's ok, i have removed the rules.

I have edited category "Cycling Technique"

and i have set pagination to 10 items per page and enabled showing pagination
and it seems to be working (with SH404SEF enabled)

So i need more info , please see your PM box
