issue with FLEXI_NO_ACCESS

I had created categories allowing users to add content from the front end. Lately this doesn't work anymore. I still have the button to add content but in the window that appears there is the following message; FLEXI_NO_ACCESS
What's the problem?

Hello

according to current ACL configuration the user is not allowed to submit content

please
- verify that the user can create to categories
if a user belong to e.g. 10 user groups then be aware
that if deny category create in just 1 of the usergroups then user will not be able to create

- check if you restricted creating of the specific item type
(edit type and make sure ACL "create items" is not used (item type allowed to all authors))

- check the configuration submit menu item
and if you use submit menu item to override ACL then note that it is for new items only
