Hello,

I am trying to load a module in the description part of a category.
Unfortunately, when I add a module, for example {loadmoduleid 131} the following error appears at the frontend:

0 - Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Helper\ModuleHelper::getModuleById()

I searched on many forums for a solution, but it is still not resolved.

Can anyone of you help me out?

Kind regards

Hello

this does not seem to be an error related to flexicontent
since we do not override class

-- Joomla\CMS\Helper\ModuleHelper

getModuleById() is supposed to exist since Joomla 3.9.0
but you are loading a class file without it

it seems that you have a 3rd party extension e.g. some templating framework that is overriding default class

Updating your Joomla template and / or Joomla template framework may fix this

Hello,

All my templates, plugins and modules are up to date.
Is there an easy way to find out which 3rd party extension is overriding default class?

Thanks for you help. It appeared that the version of T3 Framework I used (2.7.2) was not up to date for Joomla version 3.9 which it should be. I updated it to a newer version (2.7.3) and the problem is solved.
