Language association showing twice records

When I try to associate an item to another, I can see some items twice on the list not all but some with the same ID

...

Any ideas

After looking deeper, it seems that those items have secondary categories

Martin Eden, the invisible life..., wild goose lake: 1 secondary category

Mjolk, Les Hirondelles...: 2 secondary categories

If I filter with the main category only I see only one time those films.

The issue is with database retrieval of the items List

you see we avoided using "SELECT DISTINCT" in the query to make it faster for bigger websites,
but it fails in the case you described

some LEFT JOIN in the SQL query needs to be made INNER JOIN
