What about my second issue?

Same article aliases (in different langguage) will now append a consecutive number (like -2; -3;...)
Is it meant to be that way, because before it worked with same aliases.

hello using article with same alias is a bug because that create duplicate url and it's not good for sef url ...
you need to update your alias
