Issue with flexibreak plugin (Table of content for multi-page items) creating invalid hashtag for titles with accented letters

hello,

on this test site : plantes-et-eaux.weblor.fr/index.php/docu...t-pression-osmotique you could see flexibreak working.
if I choose : scroll anchors, it does not work with anchors that have accent

if i choose : inline switch, I 'd like to not have numbers, because if i begin by an hr, it is nummered 2 .
button : itemtitle / custom text is inversed

if I choose reload page : it brings me to error 404 as soon as i want to change

Hello

We are creating safe characters for HTML Tag "id" parameter

but the above is not always appropriate for URL hashtags too
and that is the reason for these issues

Fixed by applying language transliteration which also creates better hastags
