Small issue in 'Alternate text' and in 'Title text' image fields with special char

I'm experiencing a small bug when inserting text in those image fields: when text contains " (double quote), the text is truncated to the last character before the double quote when saving item.
It may probably happen in other text fields of the same image field (not tested)
FC 3.2.1.14 - J 3.8.10 - PHP 7.0.27

today will be working on image-gallery field

to add support for video target instead of image
and update the JS layouts that can do this (2 or 3 of them)

will check and fix this too
will do this first, should be quite easy

and also checked all other fields too

Pagination seems to works ok, now.
But I've found another issue (don't know if related to this fix): when using the search module, whole phrase search (double quoted strings) are not highlited in search results. The same double quoted string brings to highlited results when using advanced search.
