Uploaded images in root and are not displayed

Hello,

I'm working on a website currently (in localhost) and with Flexicontent i'm trying to upload images via an image field of the Flexicontent...
The problem is that the images are uploaded at the very root of Joomla (not even webroot) and so the images are not displayed on the frontend.

The configuration should be correct as the parameter for uploads is "components/com_flexicontent/uploads".

Is this an issue you met before? Am I missing something?

Thanks.

The field type is "Image or Gallery (image + details) and the Image Source mode is "Item+Field specific Folder"

Small update (I can't edit my previous posts?) :
In fact the images are uploaded in the correct path "in com_flexicontent"... the ones in the root are the thumbnails (b_, l_, m_, s_). They are created if I refresh the frontend.
But in the frontend the images are seeking the thumbnails that are in the wrong path (at root).

Hello

please go to TAB
'Viewing' TAB
'Thumbnails' TAB

and check your thumbnail folder path
parameter:  Thumbnails folder

the above should be relative to Joomla root folder
e.g. folder:
images/stories/flexicontent
e.g. folder:
images/mygal_thumbs

and you should get:
images/stories/flexicontent/s_img.jpg
images/stories/flexicontent/m_img.jpg
images/stories/flexicontent/l_img.jpg

images/mygal_thumbs/s_img.jpg
images/mygal_thumbs/m_img.jpg
images/mygal_thumbs/l_img.jpg

Hello,

Thank you for your response, I changed the path and it's now working.
It wouldn't work with the original path "images/stories/flexicontent" (the stories folder was not even created) so I created a folder "flexicontent_thumbs" and modified the path to "images/flexicontent_thumbs".

Thank you again.
