OK, I found issue.
Leading items does not displays in my template.
Is it possible to disable leading option in settings?

Same issue in filtering. Items with exact search word (item titile) displays as leading.

Hello

i see now

you removed the leading block from the template

but you did not modify the loop counter in the next block (Intro block)
thus the loop code of the intro block is starting at:
i = "leading_num_items"

since you removed the leading block you can do
i = 0; for start
plus if you want you can also remove all "lead*" parameters from category.xml
as they have no purpose any more
