for now it's not possible without coding maybe wirh flexicontent pro plugin

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

i think micker misunderstood your question

You want to set document

<title>

HTML Tag
which browsers typically use as TAB title

Inside your
item.php or item_html5.php

add this:
$field_id = 45;
JFactory::getDocument()->setTitle($item->fieldvalues[$field_id ][0]);

Hello

please see my previous answer,

you would need pro version only if you wanted to create item's title via custom PHP code, e.g. set it to the value of some other field
