Address Internation field, 'enable value' shown but probably there is no need for this step

Hi,

Joomla 3.8.0 & FC 3.2.1.3.

The field international adress is now display 'Enable value' both in front-end and back-end when i want to add/edit items

In the tips, i have : - 'Enable value' & 'Skip value' buttons will be shown, if field is not required but has required properties,

The filed is not required, but it hasn't any required properties.

Is this a bug or a bad configuration ?

and leave everything empty
then when you click submit form,

does any property of the field value get highlighted as "required" ?

After test, None property of the field value get highlighted.
And item is well created / modified.

i remember now that this was changed on purpose

- if not required (and currently has novalue) then hide it by default
to save space , and description texts in field configuration were not updated

but i am not sure if the above should be the default

I think current behaviour is better UX
- if field is not required the just show a button to allow editng

Better the button can be "Edit / Skip"

By using just "Edit" "Skip" should be better / more understandable

Now maybe make configurable to have the value be "open" aka enabled by default
