dear flexicontent team.

i discovered today the fieldgroup function and it s amazing!
the only issue i have: i would like to be more flexible for displaying the values.
when i use the custom html, i can only display the values but not put any condition in (if else ... )
is there a way in the template to get all field-values?

many thanks,
bart

ok, i think i found the solution.

i thought a field could be assigned different fieldgroups in 1 type-element, that would have saved me some extra fields.
but, a field can be only shown once in an article, so of course i can get access in the item.php

cheers

Hello

yes, a field should be assigned to only 1 fieldgroup field !

are you using this to get access of fields in
item.php layout file ?
Code:
$item->fields['fieldname1'] $item->fields['fieldname2']
