Field with access level of guest is not editable by superuser

Hi,

I have created a field with access level set to Guest.

When I try to edit an item which includes the field using my superuser logon I am shown the message "You do not have access to use this field".

The field type is Relation (List of related items).

If I change the access level from Guest to Public then I am able to select an item. But I need this field to have access level of Guest and to be able to select an item when logged in as a superuser.

Shouldn't a super user (or any level having access to edit the item) have access to edit a field of any access level?

The same issue existed in previous Joomla 3.5 versions and Flexicontent 3.1, I just hadn't worked out exactly what the problem was to be able to report it.

Use "Install from URL"
and update to:
github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexicontent-cck...ive/3.2.x-stable.zip

then cleanup Joomla cache
can you it edit now ?
