nope problem still persist.I have downloaded from breezing form site the free version but it seems its the 926 i already have.I have downloaded the 3.2.1 from the github and reapply it and cleared all caches joomla and browser and still the problem exist.I have done all that on the development site so ggppdk if you want to investagate the problem i can give you access to it.Please tell me what you need.

the account you have sent me does not have access to login in the backend
the user group that this user belong does not seem to have:
"Administrator Login"
or the user is not a super user
or the user belong to multiple usergroups and and 1 of these groups has "Administrator Login" set to explicit "Deny"
