Issue: The page isn't redirecting properly

I am using:
ACESEF - Installed Version 1.3.4
FLEXIcontent version 1.5.2 stable

I get this randomly:

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

After checking it with Live HTTP Headers it looks like its redirecting in a loop from rewrite to normal then again rewrite then again normal.

As a temporary solution I disabled completely url rewritig for com_content. As it looks like the 2 extensions are fighting against each other.
Looking forward for a fix for this issue.

It looks like you have com_content links in the modules to the same articles/items which are in com_flexicontent.

This is confusing the URL rewriting.
