no way in 1 click because a file can be use in other item ...

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

we have an open enhancement issue for this,
github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexicontent-cck/issues/319

- a parameter will be added to the file field
(maybe enabled by default)

to check
- on item save
- on item deletion

and delete unused files

this has been added for image field in DB-mode
- on item save

Now you need to go to files manager and delete the "not assigned" files
