Critical, initial permission fails, preventing usage of backend interface

I have upgraded my flexicontent to 3.1.0-rc2
In flexicontent dashboard I have to update the initial permission, but it through an error:
Problem for asset with id: 4655 Problem for category with id: 224


This is so urgent to me because I can do nothing in Flexicontent and we have hourly based updates.
I know there are similar -old- threads but I have read them one by one, nothing helped me to resolve it,
i.e. this thread,

Including rebuilding the category via joomla article manager.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE:

and I deleted the mentioned records but I get another error:
Problem for asset with id: 4822 Problem for category with id: 240

As I have thousands of items, is it safe enough to delete all these records?

did you try:

1. in Joomla plugins manager filter by "system" type and edit: flexisytem plugin
2/ in parameter "allow category manager" add "Super users"
3. save
4. then go to Joomla category manager and click rebuild button
5. Go to FLEXIcontent screen and continue the tasks

i will make recovery for this automatic,

how many assets with bad permissions do you get ?
a few or much more ?

If you have a lot "bad" assets and "rebuild" does not work
- then write here, and i will give new package today
